Responsibilities
Advise and book travel arrangements for individual and group corporate clients, handling flights, road, rail, and accommodations domestically and internationally. Use the Amadeus Global Distribution System to manage bookings and ticketing. Communicate effectively through phone, email, and messaging to address client needs and proactively offer additional services. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and customer satisfaction metrics while maintaining integrity and confidentiality of travel information.
Qualifications
Experience in the travel industry, preferably business travel, with strong knowledge of fares, ticketing rules, and travel products. Proven expertise in using the Amadeus GDS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with acute attention to detail. Ability to independently resolve customer issues swiftly and work well in a team environment open to feedback. Demonstrated passion for client service excellence and adherence to company travel policies.
