Launch and expand the football operation in the local Oslo community. Recruit, train, and manage a small team to support operations. Secure and manage access to suitable football venues and organize regular play sessions. Lead marketing efforts both digitally and locally to acquire and retain players. Oversee daily game operations, ensuring an excellent experience for participants. Collaborate with headquarters and technology teams for ongoing support and growth.
