Responsibilities

Lead development and optimization of an AWS-native data platform including data warehouses and orchestration frameworks; implement Infrastructure-as-Code; establish data governance, lineage, and access policies to enable trusted data and AI readiness; ensure platform reliability and observability; collaborate with data science, analytics, and product teams to solve complex business challenges; provide technical leadership and mentorship within the data organization; drive innovation and platform strategy to support scalable and cost-effective data solutions.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience building and operating cloud-based data platforms, with deep expertise in AWS and data warehousing; strong software engineering skills; proven ability to lead complex technical projects and influence architecture; experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow and Fivetran; proficiency in Python and infrastructure-as-code tools like AWS CDK; knowledge of data governance and self-service analytics platforms; experience supporting AI and machine learning initiatives; effective collaboration and leadership skills to drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
