Responsibilities
Design and build core infrastructure and platform components for a cloud-based care platform. Manage and automate build and deployment pipelines, maintain multiple environments, and consult on software architecture and development best practices. Implement infrastructure as code to ensure scalable and reproducible system setups. Monitor system performance and availability using observability tools, optimize infrastructure cost and scalability, and foster developer productivity through creating seamless local development experiences. Provide mentorship and technical leadership within the engineering team.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in platform engineering within a product-focused technology company. Strong expertise in Python development, AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins and ArgoCD. Demonstrated ability to design and maintain distributed, event-driven systems and automate software lifecycle management. Experience with infrastructure as code, monitoring and observability tools, security and scalability standards, and delivering developer-centric solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication skills and a strategic, customer-focused mindset. Experience with RPC architectures and familiarity with startup environments are advantageous.
