Seeking an experienced professional to support NATO Joint Warfare Centre exercises by contributing expertise in strategic communications and operational-level dilemmas. The role focuses on developing realistic scenarios, coordinating exercise activities, and advising senior leadership within multinational defense training contexts based in Stavanger, Norway.

Responsibilities
Develop strategic and operational exercise content to challenge training audiences; coordinate injects and maintain coherence within the exercise control structure. Produce meeting documentation, monitor training audience activity, and provide timely feedback to adapt exercises. Support doctrine updates and lessons learned processes. Act as the political-military focal point for strategic communications, analyzing and synchronizing the training audience's activities with realistic STRATCOM campaigns. Participate in daily coordination meetings and offer expert advice throughout exercise phases, including travel to NATO sites as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years recent experience in strategic communications or public relations at senior governance level within national or multinational defense environments. Proven ability to brief senior decision-makers and compose high-level collaborative texts in advanced English. Higher education or equivalent experience in communications or related fields. Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiarity with NATO exercise tools preferred. Must hold valid national or NATO Secret security clearance. Business-level English language skills required. On-site work in Stavanger, Norway, with some travel anticipated.
