Responsibilities
Deliver expert support on cranes and winches, emphasizing control and electrical system issues. Aid field teams in troubleshooting, testing, and upgrading equipment. Advise engineering on improvements based on operational feedback. Coordinate component identification for repairs and service with customers and internal teams. Utilize digital tools for remote diagnostics and provide on-site support as necessary, including travel to customer locations.
Qualifications
Professional certification or equivalent in a relevant technical area with 3-5 years of experience in field service, installation, commissioning, or similar technical support roles, preferably in offshore or maritime contexts. Strong knowledge of PLC systems and electrical/control system troubleshooting. Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt and commit to ongoing learning. Willingness to work on shift rotations including nights.
