Responsibilities
Assist in planning and conducting laboratory experiments related to NPK fertilizer production. Evaluate and document experimental data. Participate actively in a research and development project with project team members. Contribute to problem solving and technology optimization efforts in an industrial context. Work within a multicultural work environment, supporting sustainable production goals.
Qualifications
Must be a 3rd or 4th year university student in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Strong interest in chemistry, process technology, and industrial research and development. Motivated, curious, and eager to learn with a hands-on approach to laboratory work. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Comfortable working in a diverse cultural setting.
