The position involves owning the architecture and solution strategy around knowledge graphs, generative AI agents, and user experience for supply chain management tools, bridging technical expertise with business value discussions at executive levels.

Responsibilities
Lead and align the Center of Excellence on impactful supply chain use cases, designing and deploying demos and customer solutions. Facilitate customer sessions to model supply chains using advanced knowledge graphs that integrate complex industrial data hierarchies. Architect the adoption of AI, graph databases, and UI technologies while ensuring agent behavior is governed by deterministic, testable domain logic. Translate domain expertise into structured AI skills with built-in guardrails and testing protocols. Serve as the escalation point for sophisticated graph queries and agent design. Conduct enterprise architecture reviews and quantify business impact to support decision-making. Enable partners through documentation and reusable demonstration assets, maintaining consistency in terminology and models.
Qualifications
Deep expertise in industrial supply chain planning and execution, demonstrating familiarity with ISA-95/88 and SCOR frameworks. Over 3 years of experience in industrial supply chain roles and 5+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales, or delivery within enterprise software contexts. Proven experience in designing industrial knowledge-graph data models and integrating diverse structured and unstructured data sources. Strong engineering background with proficiency in Python and frontend technologies (TypeScript/React), coupled with disciplined software development practices. Systemic approach to AI system design emphasizing rigorous multi-stage evaluation and debugging. Excellent client-facing communication skills capable of addressing both technical and executive audiences. Knowledge of modern data platforms and enterprise systems, and experience working in high-growth technology environments. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
