Responsibilities
Manage department operations including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation. Implement and ensure adherence to systems engineering, verification, and interface management processes across projects. Drive continuous improvement, governance, and collaboration within and across regions. Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performing engineering organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Proven leadership experience with direct personnel responsibility. Strong background in systems engineering within complex projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to lead and grow skilled engineering teams effectively.
