Responsibilities
Identify and engage top talent globally, including passive candidates, especially from leading tech hubs. Implement AI-driven recruitment tools and creative sourcing methods to find exceptional candidates. Manage the complete candidate journey from initial contact through to hiring decision. Conduct structured interviews evaluating technical skills and cultural fit. Experiment with new recruitment technologies and contribute to employer branding efforts to position the company as a premier destination for AI professionals.
Qualifications
At least three years of recruitment experience with a minimum of two years in tech recruitment, preferably in startup or scale-up environments. Proven ability to source talent internationally from key technology markets. Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting tools. Excellent English communication skills. Goal-oriented, independent, receptive to feedback, and capable of thriving in a high-trust work environment. Comfortable working with products that involve uncensored content. Experience in AI recruitment or employer branding is advantageous.
