Job summary
Seeking an experienced Targeting Subject Matter Expert to support NATO joint warfare center exercises in Stavanger, Norway. The role involves planning and executing targeting activities, producing related intelligence products, coordinating with exercise participants, and updating scenario documentation to meet training objectives. Candidates should have NATO or national operational targeting experience and knowledge of targeting systems and doctrine. The position requires business-level English and a valid NATO or national secret clearance.

Responsibilities
Analyze and understand targeting campaigns based on scenario documents. Assist in developing strategic and operational level scenario materials tailored for training audiences. Update exercise documentation as needed during exercises. Produce all targeting-related products and manage target databases during exercise execution. Coordinate with response cells and support battle damage assessment reporting. Act as liaison subject matter expert for training audience interactions, provide exercise feedback, and participate in coordination meetings according to exercise schedules.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of operational targeting experience with NATO or national training. Strong understanding of operational and tactical staff processes and campaign synchronization. Proficient with Joint Targeting System (JTS), FAST, JCHAT, NATO Collateral Damage Estimation methodology, and relevant targeting doctrine. Must hold valid NATO Secret or equivalent national security clearance. Business-level proficiency in English is required.
