Job summary

Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret targeting campaigns within exercise scenarios; contribute to development and adjustment of exercise documentation; assist training audiences with targeting expertise during planning phases; coordinate targeting inputs during exercise execution; produce targeting products and provide subject matter expertise to exercise control and training audiences; monitor and report on exercise progress; participate in daily coordination and targeting meetings; provide feedback to improve exercise processes; comply with exercise schedules including potential extended work hours and onsite presence.
Qualifications
At least 3 years operational targeting experience with national and/or NATO training; solid knowledge of operational and tactical staff processes and campaign synchronization; proficiency with NATO systems such as JTS, FAST, JCHAT, and CDE methodology; strong command of business English; valid national or NATO Secret security clearance; readiness to work onsite in Stavanger, Norway, with potential ad hoc remote tasks; ability to work within a structured exercise control environment and contribute to multi-national training exercises.
