Job summary
A role supporting NATO operational readiness through management and coordination of targeting data and processes within complex military exercises. This position involves administration of targeting databases and integration of targeting products to aid joint operational training exercises, primarily based in Stavanger, Norway, with potential ad hoc remote work.

Responsibilities
Manage the Target List within campaign synchronization and support the development and preparation of targeting materials including High Value Individual profiles and Electronic Target Folders. Analyze exercise scenarios and evolving operational plans to ensure targeting activities align with overall objectives. During exercise execution, maintain the Joint Targeting System database, coordinate targeting efforts through specialized tools, monitor combat assessment updates, and update targeting data based on inputs from various operational cells. Perform additional duties as directed within the scope of the exercise.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years operational targeting experience with national or NATO training as a targeteer. Proficient in use and management of the Joint Targeting System (JTS) including data migration and user configuration. Experience producing and integrating targeting materials, and working knowledge of the FAST tool and INTEL-FS system. Business-level English communication skills are required. Valid national or NATO Secret security clearance is mandatory.
