Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project quality and delivery by personally reviewing data labeling work. Lead and develop a team of AI Tutors through coaching, performance reviews, and training programs. Manage adherence to guidelines, quality assurance workflows, and certification processes. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and throughput. Track team and project performance using KPIs and dashboards. Collaborate with data, engineering, and operations teams to translate AI needs into clear data strategies. Maintain documentation of project outcomes and promote a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience in data labeling, annotation, AI evaluation, or related quality assurance roles. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Familiarity with data quality metrics, annotation workflows, and project management tools. Working knowledge of AI and machine learning principles, especially related to training data. Experience leading small teams and managing performance. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in creative visual disciplines or AI-powered image/video tools is advantageous.
