Responsibilities
Lead and provide technical guidance to a backend engineering team developing software to secure customer workloads. Contribute to the architecture and design of backend services responsible for collecting and processing telemetry data at scale, dynamically rendering security policies, and implementing high-performance API endpoints. Ensure solutions perform reliably in complex distributed systems and address unique failure modes. Champion agile practices and collaborate closely with peers to iterate rapidly on customer-facing features.
Qualifications
Minimum of 9 years building software systems using languages such as Go, C++, or Java, with proven experience in technical leadership roles. Strong foundation in algorithms, systems design, databases, performance engineering, and security architecture. Experience with schema and data modeling, large-scale event processing, and systems programming. Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Ability to embrace agile methodologies and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
