Responsibilities
Manage a site-wide data center construction and delivery organization, overseeing construction and capital projects. Ensure detailed design development, manage cost, quality, environmental health and safety, commissioning, and project close-out. Maintain vendor relationships globally and develop delivery models. Contribute to hiring and talent growth in project management and related areas. Research and implement construction methods for data center equipment and facility integration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in project and construction management, preferably in critical infrastructure and hyperscale data centers with MEP systems. Experience with commercial contracts, procurement, and international project environments. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is essential. Preferred experience includes managing vendor relationships, familiarity with data center equipment and commissioning processes, and strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
