Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end technical program lifecycle, including defining scope, setting milestones, and aligning cross-functional teams. Oversee risk identification and mitigation, manage escalations, and coordinate rapid responses to critical issues, particularly security-related events. Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and performance measurement through KPIs. Provide guidance and mentorship to program staff and act as a key liaison among senior management, stakeholders, and customers. Drive continuous data-driven improvements, comprehensive reporting automation, and ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards. Facilitate communication strategies to keep leadership and partners informed and aligned.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in technical program and project management, including managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. Strong skills in risk and issue management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Experience guiding software or engineering teams and driving process improvements. Ability to analyze complex data sets and leverage insights for decision-making. Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with experience in mentoring and team development. Knowledge of compliance requirements related to security, export, and accessibility is advantageous. Continuous learning mindset with a proactive approach to industry trends and innovation.
