Seeking a hands-on Technical SEO and GEO Specialist to independently manage and grow organic reach for a consumer AI app across web, app stores, and AI assistant platforms. The role focuses on driving measurable organic revenue growth through effective technical SEO, app store optimization, and generative engine optimization, working fully remotely with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities
You will own technical SEO for the company website, addressing issues like crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, and internal linking. Manage app store optimization on both the App Store and Google Play, including keyword optimization, metadata management, and testing visual assets to improve conversion rates. Navigate app review guidelines carefully to maintain release approvals. Lead generative engine optimization to increase brand mentions and recommendations by AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini. Collaborate with content writers to build and optimize feature and comparison pages. You will set monthly roadmaps, execute strategies hands-on, and report results, aiming to grow organic revenue by at least 2% monthly.
Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience in technical SEO for consumer products with demonstrable traffic and revenue gains. Expertise in app store optimization on both iOS and Android platforms with successful keyword and listing conversion improvements across multiple localizations. Demonstrated success in generative engine optimization with measurable before-and-after outcomes. Strong data skills with tools such as Search Console, analytics platforms, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console. Ability to independently develop and implement strategy, excellent English writing skills, and experience in strict app store review environments are advantageous.
