Responsibilities
Develop and update technical training materials, deliver training sessions both in the classroom and field, facilitate knowledge transfer across teams, identify and address training needs, gather feedback from training to improve content, manage competency assessments, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business needs, and support new training initiatives.
Qualifications
A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a minimum of four years' field experience in oil and gas; at least two years' experience delivering technical training; strong understanding of well engineering principles including hydraulics, mechanics, and drilling; excellent communication skills for diverse audiences; proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using Learning Management Systems.
