Seeking a Technology Integration Expert to design, implement, and support EDI and API integrations connecting internal systems and external business partners. The role involves ensuring smooth data flows across numerous partners and internal systems within a transportation and logistics context, working remotely with a strong emphasis on operational support and technical collaboration.

Responsibilities
Translate integration requirements into precise mapping and implementation instructions following established guidelines. Configure interfaces and mappings for various standard and custom formats including EDIFACT, IDOC, JSON, X.12, and XML. Implement new integrations and enhance existing ones between internal systems and external partners. Manage and support secure communication protocols such as AS2, OFTP, SFTP, and HTTPS including related certificate updates. Plan and coordinate functional and integration testing while maintaining thorough documentation. Analyze and prioritize integration incidents, providing corrective actions and escalating complex issues when necessary. Proactively monitor middleware and service desk alerts to resolve issues or escalate appropriately. Work both independently and collaboratively to improve integration processes, tools, and methods while supporting a respectful and inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
Completed higher education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Approximately two years of practical experience with EDI and API-based system integrations. Knowledge of relevant EDI message types, protocols, and middleware solutions. Familiarity with secure communication protocols and certificate-based communication, network technologies, and security principles. Experience in incident analysis, proactive monitoring, and operational support of critical systems. Fluent in English with strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented and analytical problem solver with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and maintain high-quality documentation. Strong prioritization skills and commitment to data protection and operational excellence.
