Responsibilities
Provide customer service including guest check-ins and check-outs, registration, payment processing, and explaining vehicle functionalities. Manage sales of additional road trip products. Align reservations with vehicle availability, prepare campervans and accessories for rental, and maintain quality standards through vehicle inspections and coordination of maintenance. Support fleet management and address operational challenges as they arise.
Qualifications
Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or related fields seeking an internship. Fluent in English with a valid driver's license for manual and automatic vehicles. Possesses strong interpersonal and customer service skills, enjoys multicultural environments, and demonstrates a proactive problem-solving attitude. Must have legal authorization to work if applicable.
