Responsibilities
You will conduct front-office duties including guest check-ins and check-outs, customer registration, payment processing, and explaining vehicle functionalities and rental terms. Back-office tasks include managing reservations against vehicle availability, preparing campervans and extras for rental, quality control inspections, and supporting fleet monitoring and operational troubleshooting. The role requires active participation in ensuring a high-quality customer experience and efficient depot operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should be students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluency in English and a valid driver’s license (manual and automatic) are required. A work permit must be held if applicable. Candidates should enjoy working in international settings, demonstrate strong customer service skills, and have a problem-solving attitude along with the willingness to engage in hands-on tasks.
