Responsibilities
Support front-office tasks including customer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, explaining rental terms, and offering additional services. Handle back-office operations such as coordinating reservations with vehicle availability, preparing campervans and accessories, performing quality inspections, and identifying maintenance needs. Assist with fleet monitoring and troubleshooting operational issues to maintain smooth rental processes.
Qualifications
Currently a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field. Fluent in English with a valid work permit if applicable. Must hold a valid driver's license for manual and automatic vehicles. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
