Job summary
This internship position offers hands-on experience in the RV and campervan rental tourism sector at a depot in Trondheim, Norway. The role involves providing customer service to international guests, managing campground vehicle check-ins and check-outs, explaining rental terms, and supporting operational logistics. It provides opportunities to develop skills in guest relations, fleet coordination, and problem-solving within an international and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and a valid driver's license are required; knowledge of Norwegian is not necessary.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage their check-in and check-out process, handle payments, and explain campervan features and rental terms. Coordinate reservations with campervan availability, prepare vehicles and equipment for rentals, perform quality checks and identify maintenance needs. Support monitoring of vehicle inventory and assist with operational troubleshooting and logistics management.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in English with a valid driver's license for manual and automatic vehicles. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and solution-oriented approach. Comfortable working in an international, dynamic environment and willing to engage in both front-office guest relations and back-office operational tasks.
