Responsibilities
Support front-office activities including managing check-ins and check-outs, customer registration, payment processing, and providing detailed explanations on campervan use and rental terms. Assist in sales by upselling add-ons for road trips. Oversee back-office operations by aligning reservations with available vehicles, preparing campervans and accessories, and conducting quality control to maintain campervan condition, reporting maintenance needs. Help monitor fleet inventory, coordinate campervan availability, and troubleshoot operational issues as part of the support team.
Qualifications
Candidates should be students or recent graduates in hospitality, tourism, international studies, business administration, or related fields. Fluency in English is required along with a valid driver's license for manual and automatic vehicles. A work permit must be held if applicable. Ideal candidates enjoy working in multicultural environments, possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate a customer service mindset, and have strong problem-solving abilities with a willingness to engage in hands-on tasks.
