Responsibilities
Engage in front-office duties including welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and providing information about campervan features and rental terms. Perform back-office tasks such as aligning reservations with available vehicles, preparing campervans and related equipment, ensuring vehicle quality, and addressing maintenance issues. Support fleet monitoring and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Applicants should be students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluency in English is required along with a valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles. Candidates should have a strong customer service orientation, enjoy multicultural interactions, possess problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
