Job summary
A UX Designer role focused on creating user-centered software solutions in the healthcare technology sector. Responsibilities
Lead the design process from research and concept sketching through prototyping and usability testing. Collaborate with product owners, managers, and developers to align user needs with technical possibilities early in the development cycle. Conduct user interviews and facilitate workshops to gather insights. Develop and maintain a consistent design system across products. Document interaction patterns and rationale to support design decisions. Present and defend design choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work closely with international colleagues and contribute to a hybrid onsite work environment.
Qualifications
Degree in interaction design, UX design, human-computer interaction, or related field; strong portfolio preferred over program pedigree. Minimum 4 years of experience in digital product or UX design. Expert-level skills with Figma, including components, variants, variables, and prototyping. Solid understanding of scalable design systems. Effective communication skills for diverse teams. Interest and willingness to explore AI-supported design tools. Fluency in English is required; Swedish language skills are advantageous. Open to occasional travel (2-3 times per year). Bonus qualifications include experience in front-end development technologies and familiarity with regulated healthcare or MedTech product environments.
