Responsibilities

Plan and execute inventory and asset counts across the designated region. Organize and monitor cycle count activities to ensure timely and accurate completion. Reconcile inventory discrepancies by investigating root causes. Validate inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within inventory management systems. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to resolve issues. Prepare necessary documentation, reports, and audit trails. Analyze inventory accuracy metrics and suggest improvements. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance with policies and controls. Ensure all verification activities comply with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with SAP inventory and asset management, including material master data, stock movements, and inventory reconciliation. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation. Excellent attention to detail for accurate data input and reconciliation. Experience supporting audits and maintaining compliance with inventory control procedures. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
