We are seeking a Workday Core HCM Consultant to join a leading consulting firm’s Workday advisory team. In this role, you will support clients by delivering cloud-based HR solutions and guiding their digital transformation projects using Workday technology. The position involves working with international clients across diverse industries to optimize their HR processes and systems, utilizing AI-enabled accelerators and latest tools within Workday.

Responsibilities
As a Workday Core HCM Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to deliver Workday implementations and transformations. Your tasks include conducting workshops, leading discussions on core HCM topics, applying industry best practices, and ensuring the solutions meet client needs. You will also support innovation by developing and applying new methodologies, coordinate with diverse teams, and uphold high standards in client service throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in implementing Workday HCM or similar cloud-based HR platforms, strong consulting or client-facing background, and relevant Workday certifications. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English. Ability to travel for client engagements and work flexibly in a dynamic environment is also important. Experience with AI applications in Workday delivery and knowledge of Workday Data Migration and Security frameworks are advantageous.
