Responsibilities
Lead the assessment and rationalization of client reporting needs and develop value-driven reporting solutions. Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements and translate business needs into efficient reports and configurations following best practices. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, troubleshoot complex analytics challenges, and communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Develop expertise in Workday reporting frameworks and support clients in leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance analytics processes. Manage teams and client interactions, including travel as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven background in data analysis, reporting, and analytics within Workday or similar ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and organize complex reporting requirements and visualize data effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience with additional data analytics or reporting platforms such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, QlikView, or Tableau is advantageous. Ability to manage client needs and lead teams in a diverse, fast-paced environment. Willingness to pursue Workday certifications and deepen functional expertise.
