Responsibilities
Advise clients on effective reporting strategies within Workday to maximize investment value. Collaborate with clients to define and refine technical requirements, building reports and analytics solutions conforming to best practices. Analyze complex data patterns and assist in resolving analytics challenges. Develop expertise in Workday's reporting framework and support AI-enabled process improvements.
Qualifications
Experience in Workday or similar ERP reporting and data analytics roles with strong analytical skills. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions and visualize data effectively. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to travel as needed and manage client interactions. Knowledge of additional analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau is advantageous. Interest in pursuing Workday certifications and AI-enhanced analytics.
